Premier contact et définition d’objectifs
Orange cherchait à :
- Améliorer la légitimité de la marque en ligne : Renforcer leur réputation de fournisseur crédible auprès des plus jeunes sur Instagram.
- Développer la communauté Instagram : Augmenter leur base de followers.
- Attirer des clients : Augmenter la visibilité de leurs services, offres et campagnes.
Début de collaboration
Notre collaboration a commencé par une analyse de la présence d'Orange sur Instagram.
Nous avons recommandé de cibler des comptes Instagram spécifiques dont les followers s'alignaient sur les données démographiques des clients d'Orange et de leurs concurrents directs.
Cette approche organisée a permis de s'assurer que les outils d'automatisation ciblaient les segments d'audience les plus pertinents.
Stratégie et implementation
La phase initiale s'est concentrée sur le ciblage de comptes Instagram très similaires à Orange France. Cette approche a réussi à attirer une première base d'audience.
Par la suite, nous avons élargi notre ciblage aux influenceurs Lifestyle, aux pages de communautés locales, aux comptes de passionnés de technologie.
